Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
Our aim is to send all orders within 7-10 days of your order being placed. This does not include shipping times.
During extremely busy times it may take up to 10-14 days to ship your order.
All UK shipping is free on orders over £75
UK shipping usually takes between 1-3 working days. International shipping may take anything up to 28 days so please take this into account when ordering.
Please note that any international customs and import duties are the customers responsibility.
Please be aware that any parcel returned to us due to customer error will incur a redelivery fee to resend your order to you.

If you need to exchange or return your order please contact us within 14 days of reciept of your order. We will contact you on how best to proceed. All exchanges are dependant on availability of the item when returned and must be for a like item.
If you are sent the wrong order please contact us within 14 days or reciept of order. We will contact you with our return address and once the order is returned to us we will send your correct order out immediately.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of our products being custom made or personalised we are unable to allow returns unless product is faulty or damaged on receiving the item/s.

Any none custom items can be returned but must be returned in their original, unwashed and unworn condition. If items are deemed to be washed and worn they will be returned to yourself.
If you would like to return or exchange a non faulty/ non custom item return postage will be your responsibility.

Please be aware that refunds and exchanges will be processed within 7 days of receipt of delivery back to us. We are not always able to process these any quicker than this.
