1. Acceptance of Terms

 

By accessing and using The Bababee ("the Company") services, products, or website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

 

2. Order Placement and Acceptance

 

a. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by The Bababee.

b. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

 

3. Pricing and Payment

 

a. Prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without notice.

b. Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

 

a. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

b. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

c. The Bababee is not liable for any delays, loss, or damage during shipping.

d. Incorrect input of the address by the customer is the customer's liability. If the order has already been shipped, The Bababee is not liable and will have to wait for the return of the item, which can take an estimate of 30 days. The customer is then liable to pay further for redelivery.

 

5. Returns and Refunds

 

a. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for eligible items, excluding personalised and custom items.

b. The Bababee reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the return policy criteria.

c. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 days upon receiving returned items, excluding personalised and custom items.

 

6. Personalised and Custom Items

 

a. Personalised and custom items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

b. If your product has already been made, the customer will not be able to cancel the order or change the personalised or custom order.

c. Charges will apply for any changes or incorrect information provided by the customer, and charges vary depending on the product. (example incorrect spelling of the name given for custom orders)

 

7. Product Information

 

a. The Bababee makes efforts to provide accurate product descriptions and images.

b. Colors and dimensions may vary slightly due to photography and manufacturing processes.

 

8. Intellectual Property

 

a. All content on The Bababee's website is the intellectual property of the Company and may not be used without permission.

 

9. Privacy

 

a. The Bababee collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

 

10. Delivery Information

 

a. If The Bababee Team is not notified within 80 days of your order not reaching you, we are unable to give any refunds due to not being available to claim lost items with the delivery provider.

b. Incorrect input of the address by the customer is the customer's liability. If the order has already been shipped, The Bababee is not liable and will have to wait for the return of the item, which can take an estimate of 30 days. The customer is then liable to pay further for redelivery.

 

11. International Custom Charges

 

a. International Custom charges are not liable for The Bababee and are the customer's responsibility.

 

12. Limitation of Liability

 

a. The Bababee is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products or services.

 

13. Governing Law

 

a. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.

 

14. Changes to Terms and Conditions

 

a. The Bababee reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers are encouraged to review them regularly.
