Due to the nature of the product being custom made we do not except returns and can not offer a refund, unless item is damaged.

Please get in touch at info@thebabaee.com for any returns or refunds with this item. We aim to get back to you within 24 - 48 hours of our working days.

9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

UK Express Delivery is available for most UK deliveries, at a cost of £5.99.

Orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri will be delivered within 1-2 working days (working days Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays).

UK Standard delivery which takes 3-5 working days is charged at £3.99 (working days are Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays).

In remote areas of the UK delivery times may vary and next day service may not be possible.

International Deliveries may take up to 28 days so please take this in to account when ordering.

Please give 3-4 working days from ordering before dispatch.
