FAQ

  • How long will my items take to arrive?
    All our items will be sent within 3 working days of order. This does not include weekends or postal time. Sometimes we experience very busy periods and at these times its possible dispatch will be longer. This will be announced on our social media channels. Once your item is ready it will be dispatched and on its way. Our usual postal times are 1-5 days within the UK and anywhere up to 28 days for international orders. (International orders usually arrive between 10-14 days). Please be aware after orders are mailed mailing times are out of our control. If you have any questions email us at info@thebababee.com
  • What's the sizing of your products like?
    Most of our items are true to size. We would advise for you to choose the the sizing as to which you would usually on the high street.
  • How do I return items or recieve a refund
    Personalised/ Customised Items: Due to the custom nature of the product we do not accept returns or give refunds unless damaged or faulty goods. Non custom/personalised items: We will accept returns within a 14 day period from when the item was delivered. We will give refunds when the item has been recieved with ourselves and item has been checked for any damages. Refund will be sent minus any shipping costs.   • How do I contact you?

  • How do I wash any of the items
    To keep your items fresh and to last as long as possible wash items at 30 degrees and hang to dry. Tumble drying may cause items to shrink or printed designs to fade so we advise against. Please Iron on a low - medium heat.
  • How do I track my order?
    Tracking details of your order will be emailed to you with your dispatch confirmation. Alternatively, if you are a registered customer, these details can also be located within your order history, simply by logging into your account area and viewing your order history.
  • How will I know my goods have been dispatched?
    Once your order has been shipped, an email confirmation will be sent to you, providing comprehensive details of your purchase and the selected delivery method. The dispatch confirmation will include instructions on tracking your delivery's progress.
  • Can I add a specific gift message?
    Yes, during purchase on the basket page you will have a notes box available for you to write your own personal message to be sent with the gift.
  • What will happen if I miss the delivery?
    All deliveries facilitated by our courier service mandate a signature upon receipt. Please ensure there will be someone available at the delivery address to fulfill this requirement. In the event of a missed delivery, the courier will leave a 'while you were out' card, offering you the option to reschedule delivery or collect the parcel from your local sorting office. If the courier is unable to complete delivery and the parcel remains at the depot for over one week, your order will be returned to us. In such cases, The Bababee reserves the right to apply additional charges for any re-sending costs incurred.
  • Do you outside the UK and how long does it take to deliver to different countries?
    International delivery is available for our products. Simply proceed with your product selection, and during checkout, adjust the shipping country to your preferred location. European orders typically arrive within 4-7 working days. Orders outside of Europe are generally delivered within 5-10 working days.
  • My item is faulty, what can be done?
    Please contact info@thebababee.com or our instagram @thebababee with photos of the fault and your order number, we will then be able to rectify this for you.
