Due to the nature of the product being custom made we do not except returns and can not offer a refund, unless item is damaged.

UK Express Delivery is available for most UK deliveries, at a cost of £5.99.

Orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri will be delivered within 1-2 working days (working days Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays).

UK Standard delivery which takes 3-5 working days is charged at £3.99 (working days are Mon-Fri excluding bank holidays).

In remote areas of the UK delivery times may vary and next day service may not be possible.

International Deliveries may take up to 28 days so please take this in to account when ordering.

Please give 2-3 days from ordering before dispatch due to items being personalised.

Please check if you are wanting personalisation on items, we may charge extra for embroidered/printed items. If you have chosen 'No' to personalisation but added a name into the personalisation box your item will not be personalised and sent blank.

Contact us as soon as possible if you have made a mistake with any orders, this includes changing personalisation, changing name and any other problems you may have. (additional charges may be added).
